The Managing Partners of The Shops at Sharp End (TS@SE) — Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA), Regional Economic Development, Inc. (REDI), and the Downtown Community Improvement District (CID) — are seeking proposals from qualified parties to outline the steps they will take to develop The Shops at Sharp End Incubator Business Plan. Proposals should reflect a clear commitment to honoring the legacy of the Sharp End business district. From these submissions, one entity will be selected and awarded the contract to build the complete business plan.
