Three hospitals, two newspapers, city and county governments, two private colleges and the state’s flagship university all call downtown home.
The District is also home to a growing number of residents and with more and more people seeing this is the place to be, we anticipate the growing population to be of young professionals, empty nesters, and creative workers.
